This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the terms under which S4TIVA, operated by Cosmetican ApS, processes, dispatches and delivers orders placed through the website www.s4tiva.dk (“the Website”). By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the conditions outlined in this Policy. These terms exist alongside our Terms & Conditions and form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the Customer and S4TIVA.

General Shipping Overview

S4TIVA currently delivers goods to addresses within Denmark. All products are shipped directly from our facilities or approved fulfilment partners located in Denmark. The Company strives to ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched as efficiently as possible; however, all delivery times stated on the Website or in marketing materials are indicative and may vary depending on operational circumstances, courier availability and other external factors outside of our control. By completing an order, the Customer accepts that minor deviations from estimated delivery times do not constitute a breach of contract.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Denmark. An order is processed only after successful payment authorization and verification. In cases where additional verification is required due to security screening, unusual activity or incomplete customer information, processing may be delayed. S4TIVA reserves the right to contact the Customer for clarification or additional documentation where necessary. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all personal and delivery information submitted during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the Customer’s location within Denmark and the workload of our logistics partners. Standard delivery estimates typically range from one to several working days following dispatch. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended due to weather conditions, seasonal demand, transportation disruptions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting the courier service. S4TIVA shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, logistical bottlenecks or events beyond our reasonable control, provided that such delays do not infringe upon mandatory consumer rights.

Shipping Carriers and Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable Danish courier services or national postal services selected by S4TIVA. The choice of carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the size and weight of the order, availability of services and operational requirements. The Customer does not have the right to request a specific carrier unless expressly agreed upon in writing. Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the shipment becomes subject to the carrier’s operational procedures, terms and conditions and delivery standards.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout prior to payment. Fees may vary depending on order value, delivery location and any active promotions or shipping thresholds. The Customer agrees to all displayed shipping costs at the time of order confirmation. S4TIVA reserves the right to adjust shipping fees at any time, although changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Any additional delivery fees arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer may be charged to the Customer where applicable.

Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete and deliverable shipping information. S4TIVA shall not be held liable for delays, misdeliveries or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the Customer. If an order is returned to S4TIVA due to an undeliverable address, failed delivery attempts or lack of collection from pickup points, the Customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs for re-dispatch. If the Customer elects to cancel the order under such circumstances, any refund issued will exclude original shipping fees unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided to the Customer via email upon dispatch. Tracking availability may vary depending on the chosen courier. S4TIVA does not guarantee real-time tracking accuracy or updates, as such information is controlled by third-party carriers. If the Customer experiences difficulties accessing tracking details, S4TIVA may assist within reasonable limits but cannot modify or override courier systems.

Delivery Confirmation and Transfer of Risk

Upon delivery to the address provided by the Customer, risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the Customer. This includes responsibility for any loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been completed. Deliveries may, at the discretion of the courier, require a signature, be left in a safe location or be redirected to a local pickup point. It is the Customer’s duty to ensure that the delivery location is secure and suitable for receiving parcels. Damage noted upon delivery must be reported to S4TIVA within a reasonable time, accompanied by photographic evidence where applicable.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains incorrect items, the Customer must notify S4TIVA as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to inform us within a reasonable time may affect eligibility for replacement or refund. S4TIVA may request images, documentation or the return of the affected items to evaluate the claim. Replacement of damaged or incorrect goods is subject to product availability. S4TIVA is not obligated to provide compensation for delays caused by investigating such claims.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipments that do not arrive within the estimated delivery window may be subject to investigation with the courier. Investigations may require a specified waiting period before a parcel is officially declared lost. S4TIVA cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier concludes the investigation or confirms loss. If a parcel is confirmed lost, S4TIVA will either resend the order at no cost or issue a refund, depending on Customer preference and product availability. S4TIVA is not liable for delays caused by courier investigations or failures outside our control.

Returns Related to Shipping Issues

Returns and refunds related to shipping problems are governed by the S4TIVA Returns & Refunds Policy. If a shipment is returned to S4TIVA because the Customer failed to collect it or because the address was incorrect, additional charges may apply. Refunds for returned items may exclude shipping fees unless required by consumer protection law.

International Shipping (Future Expansion)

S4TIVA currently ships exclusively within Denmark. Although international shipping may be introduced at a later stage, such services are not available at this time. If and when international delivery options are added, they will be accompanied by updated terms, restrictions and customs regulations relevant to each destination.

Public Holidays and Exceptional Circumstances

During public holidays, promotional periods or exceptional circumstances, order processing and delivery times may be extended. S4TIVA will make reasonable efforts to minimise delays; however, such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation unless otherwise required by law.

Amendments to the Shipping & Delivery Policy

S4TIVA reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed about delivery terms. Continued use of the Website and placement of orders constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
