Where are your products made?
Our products are developed and formulated in Denmark. We work with certified production partners who operate under strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards to ensure consistent quality, safety and purity in every batch. All products are shipped directly from Denmark.
Can I visit a physical store or is S4TIVA online only?
S4TIVA currently operates exclusively through our online store at www.s4tiva.dk. This allows us to maintain full control over product quality, freshness and customer experience while keeping prices fair by avoiding retail markup. We ship directly to your door anywhere in Denmark.
How is S4TIVA different from other CBD cosmetics brands?

How long does it take to see results from S4TIVA products?
Most people notice surface improvements such as softer texture, less frizz, easier styling and calmer skin within two to four weeks of consistent use. Deeper changes like significant hair growth, damage repair or lasting scalp transformation typically require eight to twelve weeks. Hair and skin both renew on biological cycles, so patience and consistency are key. We recommend documenting your starting point with photos so you can track changes that happen gradually.
How often should I use the CBD shampoo?
For most hair types, washing two to three times per week is ideal. If you have very oily or straight hair, every other day works well. If your hair is curly or coily, once or twice a week is usually sufficient. Over-washing can strip your scalp of its natural oils, causing it to overcompensate by producing even more oil. Our CBD shampoo is gentle enough for frequent use but effective enough that you don’t need to wash daily to see results.
Can I use S4TIVA products on colour-treated or chemically processed hair?
Yes. Our products are sulfate-free, which means they won’t strip colour the way many conventional shampoos do. In fact, CBD’s anti-inflammatory and reparative properties can actually help colour-treated hair stay healthier for longer, since colouring is inherently a damaging process. The gentler your daily products are, the longer your colour will last and the better your hair will feel between salon visits.
Can I combine CBD products with my existing skincare routine?
Absolutely. Our products are formulated to work beautifully together as a complete routine, but they also integrate well with other high-quality products. The most important thing is to avoid mixing our gentle, sulfate-free formulations with products containing harsh sulfates or heavy silicones, as those ingredients can counteract the benefits of CBD. If you’re building a mixed routine, start with our shampoo and treatment products and keep your other products as clean as possible.
What is the best way to use the CBD hair mask?
Apply the hair mask to clean, damp hair after shampooing. Focus on the mid-lengths and ends, where damage tends to be most concentrated. If you have scalp concerns like dryness or irritation, you can also apply a thin layer to your scalp. Leave the mask on for five to ten minutes to allow the CBD and active ingredients to penetrate, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For best results, use the mask once or twice per week as part of your regular wash routine.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. CBD is naturally anti-inflammatory and soothing, which makes it particularly well-suited for sensitive and reactive skin. Our formulations are free from common irritants like sulfates, synthetic fragrances and parabens. That said, everyone’s skin is unique, and we always recommend performing a small patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear, wait 24 hours, and proceed with full use if no reaction occurs. Quality starts at the source, and we are selective about the hemp we use because the purity of the raw material directly determines the quality of the final product.
Are S4TIVA products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We recommend that pregnant or breastfeeding women consult their doctor or midwife before introducing any new cosmetic product into their routine. This is a standard precaution that applies to all cosmetics, not just CBD products, and it is always better to be safe and well-informed.
Does CBD help with hair loss?

Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Where do you deliver, and how long does shipping take?
We currently deliver to all addresses within Denmark. Standard delivery typically takes one to four working days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your location and the workload of our logistics partners. Orders are processed on business days, and dispatch usually happens within one to two working days after payment confirmation. During public holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises. Fees may vary depending on your order value and any active promotions or free shipping thresholds. We regularly run offers that include free delivery above a certain order amount, so it’s always worth checking our current promotions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey. Tracking accuracy and update frequency depend on the carrier, but you can typically see when your package is out for delivery. If you experience any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team and we will help you locate your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Danish and EU law. This means you can return a product within 30 days of receiving it, even if it has been opened and used to a reasonable extent. We want you to actually try the product and decide if it works for you. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged or with the wrong items?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We take these matters seriously and will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. You should not need to worry about return shipping costs when the error is on our side.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations without any issue. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, it enters the delivery pipeline and cannot be recalled, but you can still return it under our standard return policy once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common Danish payment methods through our secure checkout. All payment information is processed by certified third-party payment providers, we never store your credit card details on our servers. The exact payment options available are displayed during checkout and may include card payments and popular Danish online payment solutions.

Are S4TIVA products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. None of our products contain animal-derived ingredients, and we do not test on animals at any stage of development or production. How can I dispose of empty S4TIVA products responsibly?
We encourage all customers to recycle their empty S4TIVA packaging according to local recycling guidelines. Most of our packaging components can go into standard household recycling.
