S4TIVA provide their product portfolio through two overall channels namely to online customer and physical costumers in hair salons. The latter is served through third-party distributors, which consist of hair salons, tattoo salons, and beauty shops.

The online customers are served through the company’s web-shop www.S4TIVA.com. End-users can select between buying S4TIVA skincare products online in the web-shop, or at their local physical distributor (salon).

When buying the S4TIVA products in the physical salon/store the customer can save the delivery cost and thereby also the CO2 footprint.
Physical sales facilitate not only benefits for local customers, but also for travelers who can’t wait for the product to be delivered or people who need it for emergent use.
