S4TIVA serves two segments
Online customers who buy the products in the webshop, or find a local distributor in their area via the S4TIVA online distributor map. The second segment is B2B, which is constituted by all the salons who have their own login and manage their own products on www.S4TIVA.com.
S4TIVA provide the product portfolio through two overall channels namely to online customer and physical costumers in hair salons. The latter is served through third-party distributors, which consist of hair salons, tattoo salons, and beauty shops.
The online customers are served through the company’s web-shop www.S4TIVA.com. In this document hair salons, tattoo salons, and beauty shops are referred to as S4TIVA’s physical product distributors.
S4TIVA HAIR AND SKIN CARE IS PROVIDED BY SALONS AROUND THE WORLD
S4TIVA believes that if we can educate the hairdressers, so they feel confident in handling the sales and knowledge transfer, it will be a major success.
S4TIVA is created to make cosmetics that contain CBD available to everyone. The company operates with both a physical, real-world business model, combined with a strong online strategy.
When buying the S4TIVA products in the physical salon/store, the customer can save the delivery cost, thereby also the CO2 footprint. The physical sales facilitate not only benefits for local customers but also travelers who can’t wait for the product to be delivered or people who need it for emergent use.

S4TIVA is a novel cosmetic brand that focuses on developing and distributing hair and skincare products. Currently, a pilot program is running in Denmark, but new countries will join as soon as supply and distribution agreements have been facilitated.
